My Commitment to You

I am committed to providing you with the best service before, during and after your move to help you make all the right decisions regarding your most important investment - your home. My job is to take care of all the details involved in buying or selling your home so that you can enjoy the fun and excitement. I promise to return your phone calls promptly, take care of each detail in a timely manner, and give you the information you need and the attention you deserve.

Real Estate Professionalism and Technology

I am backed by a top-notch team of full time professionals with the utmost integrity and many years of collective wisdom. In addition, Windermere's state-of-the-art technology enables me to help you find the home of your dreams, or market your home quickly and efficiently both locally and nationally. I will provide you with a complete marketing proposal, customized for your home, when you are ready to make your big move. I make full use of the internet as well as conventional marketing when selling your home to make sure you get the best price. When you are ready to buy a new home, if you like, I can show you how to use the new technology to greatly simplify your decision-making process and focus on what you really need and want. This can help you save time (and gas money) in your search for the perfect home. Whether you are moving around the block or across the country, I am dedicated to helping you reach your goals, and I have the resources available to me to do just that.

Did You Know?

Did you know that a portion of my commission from each sale goes to help homeless persons in the Spokane area? In addition to my financial commitment, I participate in Windermere's efforts to provide new shoes and socks to school-age children of Spokane's working poor at the beginning of each school year, and boots and gloves in the winter. I also participate in the Spokane Association of Realtor's 2nd Harvest Food Drive, the Windermere Community Service Day, The Spelling Bee fundraiser for the Spokane Library, the Guild School Penny Drive, Northwest Community Foundation scholarship committee member, and I am a Junior Achievement classroom teaching volunteer. My commitment to you extends to our community as a whole, so you can feel good about getting the best, most skilled service available and giving back to the community at the same time.

Why Should You Use An Agent?

Many people feel comfortable handling their own real estate transactions - until something goes wrong. If you get lucky, great! But if you would rather have a professional on your side, representing YOU, many pitfalls can be avoided. I am a full time agent. That means I spend my entire day focusing on real estate, keeping up to date on the market, new regulations, and new trends. Take advantage of my expertise. As a buyer, it costs you nothing. As a seller, you can save time and emotional stress, as well as hundreds of dollars in marketing expenses, with no upfront out of pocket expenses except for what you may spend sprucing things up. Plus, I have the patience needed to see things through for you, either buying or selling.
