The home field advantage. . .

Whether you are new to the area, or just new to the search of a home, I’m pleased to share my appreciation of this thriving community with you. As a seasoned professional, I offer 25 years experience as a Spokane Realtor. Over these years I’ve acquired a natural understanding of how to market a property or find just the right home.

You have dreams to fulfill . . .

A wide range of resources can be used to satisfy your unique requirements. Being respectful of your time, but without rushing the process, I streamline a home search to yield only the most suitable prospects. With the skill of ready listening and a creative vision, I can often grasp somewhat intangible characteristics such as a unique setting, style or even the feeling of a house. Finding the best match and connecting people with their future homes is a meaningful and most enjoyable process.

For your peace of mind . . .

Buying or selling a home is both a business transaction and a highly personal experience. One of my roles is to ensure that these two important aspects interface. The benefits of your trouble free purchase or sale can go well beyond financial considerations. Taking a detail oriented approach, I stay current with industry knowledge and legal aspects to eliminate risk. With the inherent grace of someone who knows how things work, I am well prepared to negotiate on your behalf and work through any unforeseen contingencies.

On a more personal note . . .

Having grown up in the Detroit area, I have a special appreciation for the quality of life we enjoy here in the Inland Northwest. My husband’s career brought us to Washington in 1967, and we raised our family here in Spokane. Prior to plunging into Real Estate I obtained a fine arts degree with a studio art major. Other leisure interests now include grand parenting, raising organic produce, and perennial gardening. I am passionate about protecting our environment for the benefit of future generations, and particularly enjoy finding creative ways to reuse and recycle.
